Technical Program Registration
The EPIA'2009 Technical Program Registration fees, either student, APPIA member or normal, include:
- A copy of the Springer book of selected papers;
- A copy of the local proceedings;
- Access to all invited talks and all technical sessions of the conference;
- Access to all social events namely banquet, lunches at the Conference place, morning and afternoon coffee breaks.
Paper Registration
In order to have a paper published in the conference proceedings, one author of the paper must register for the conference in the Early Conference Registration phase and register the paper in his/her registration form. If a single author of the paper will be registered, a non-student registration must be paid. A paper may however be registered by a student author paying a student fee, if one of its co-authors is registered with a non-student fee in the Early Conference Registration phase. Each participant can register only one paper.
Papers have a limit of 12 pages. Papers with 13 or 14 pages will be accepted upon payment of an extra fee per additional page.
Deadline for paper registration: July 15, 2009.
